Winner Stays was built to cross-sell our NFL member base into NBA picks. The mechanic was simple — make your picks, green out, and you stay in. Do that for six days straight and you're splitting a prize pool with whoever else survived.

What made year two different was the Gobby collection. I added rarity tiers to drive shareability — instead of everyone getting the same thing, each day unlocked a different custom Gobby skin delivered through an in-app package reveal. Win, open your pack, see what you got. The headlines were written to match each skin — Kendrick dropped with "Somebody Gotta Do It," tying the headline to a lyric from his GNX album. That wasn't an accident.

The roster we built out: Kendrick, Drake, Anthony Edwards, Wemby, Druski, an NBA All-Star skin, and a King Gobby to close it out. I designed the Kendrick, All-Star, and Ant skins myself in Blender. Julian came in to refine everything with his specialized 3D skillset.
